Native Roots Nursery Terms of Service, Shipping and Guarantees.

Terms

Cash, unless credit arrangements are made and approved at least one week in advance of order pick-up or delivery. Approved accounts are due thirty days from the date of invoice. Past due accounts are subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month, plus the costs of collection. We aggressively pursue unpaid, past due accounts and reserve the right to cancel credit at anytime.  

Prices

All prices are wholesale and F.O.B. Native Roots Nursery. Prices are subject to change without notice.  

Liability and Guarantee

We guarantee our plant material to be true to name and in healthy condition. Any claims must be made in written form within 48 hours. It is mutually agreed NRN’s total liability is limited to replacement or credit. Because we have no control of any element of a planting project from to design to installation, we cannot offer any guarantees of plant survival.  

Shipping

We have contacts with freight companies who will deliver plants on a mileage basis at a reasonable price. If customer’s order isn’t a full truckload, we make every effort to combine deliveries in the same geographic area to reduce freight costs. Cost of freight is available upon request.  

Contract Grow

NRN can custom grow various sizes, quantities, and species of plants to meet your landscaping or restoration project needs. A 20-30% deposit is required to initiate a custom contract grow contract, with the balance due within 30 days of delivery. Amount of deposit varies on the size and complexity of each contract.
